About the role

  • Own regional field sales performance and execution
  • Lead and develop a multi-layer field team including RDMs, SEMs, and FSRs
  • Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead, mentor and motivate high-performing sales team
  • Responsible for developing and managing volume and financial forecasts
  • Develops annual and trimester business plans
  • Builds strong relationships with key constituents at distributors
  • Ability to directly manage a small amount of Key Account call points
  • Establish a performance culture with rigorous KPI tracking
  • Partner with distributors to win distribution and maximize brand visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of relatable field sales leadership experience in the beverage industry
  • Strong distributor management background across multiple regions
  • Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and leveraging sales data
  • Key account management experience preferred
  • Expertise driving distribution, velocity, merchandising, and promotional execution
  • Experience thriving in high-growth, high-change environments preferred
  • Previous sales platform reporting experience, VIP preferred
  • Proficient in Excel (data entry, basic report generation) and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations required
  • Willingness to travel extensively up to 75%
