About the role

  • Create, build and maintain strong partnerships with Distributors, Retailers, and independent retailers
  • Apply company sales strategies in key markets to dominate the premium water category
  • Communicate to Distributor Partners to execute in trade execution with upcoming promotional programs
  • Identify new opportunities with Distributor Partners to grow sales
  • Marketplace execution, maximizing distribution & securing high-value retail space
  • Execute up to 15 field sales visits per day depending on geography & initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
  • 1+ years of field based sales experience within the Beverage and distributor sales environment preferred
  • Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to adapt to company changes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees
  • Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations
  • Willingness to meet the high field based travel needs of the role: 80% in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, 20% within a 2 to 3 hour drive, cross-market blitzes when needed
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
