Create, build and maintain strong partnerships with Distributors, Retailers, and independent retailers
Apply company sales strategies in key markets to dominate the premium water category
Communicate to Distributor Partners to execute in trade execution with upcoming promotional programs
Identify new opportunities with Distributor Partners to grow sales
Marketplace execution, maximizing distribution & securing high-value retail space
Execute up to 15 field sales visits per day depending on geography & initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
1+ years of field based sales experience within the Beverage and distributor sales environment preferred
Direct store delivery (DSD) experience preferred
An entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to adapt to company changes
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees
Must possess a valid driver license and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations
Willingness to meet the high field based travel needs of the role: 80% in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, 20% within a 2 to 3 hour drive, cross-market blitzes when needed
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
