Support fast-paced hiring efforts across R&D, Product, Security and more as a hands-on, detail-driven Talent & Sourcing Partner.
Manage full recruitment cycles including sourcing for Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Security Research, Product Management, Design, Data Science, and more.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and what “great” looks like.
Own outreach and engagement via LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-based platforms, GitHub, communities, and creative channels.
Build strong pipelines and maintain momentum across multiple searches in parallel.
Drive structured, positive candidate experiences from first message to rejection or offer, ensuring candidates feel respected, informed, and excited.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and provide internal updates on time.
Provide weekly progress updates, including KPIs and market insights.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in tech recruiting and sourcing, preferably in startup/scale-up environments.
Strong sourcing capabilities and deep familiarity with boolean search, AI recruitment tools, and creative sourcing techniques.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills - you're someone hiring managers trust and enjoy working with.
Passionate about candidate experience and building human-centered hiring processes.
Highly organized, independent, and results-driven.
Fluent Hebrew and excellent English (both written and spoken) are a must – you’ll be working across global teams.
Bonus: experience hiring in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
