QA Engineer

• Construct and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing
• Contribute to automated test suites and develop test specifications and acceptance criteria for user stories
• Analyze, debug, and report issues for all projects, ensuring a consistent defect creation and tracking process
• Monitor QA backlogs and burndowns to help projects meet deadlines
• Collaborate closely with agile teams, including developers, product owners, and cross-functionally with other members of the QA guild to reproduce and resolve bugs
• Advocate for the appropriate mix of test approaches, tools, and processes to support effective testing operations
• Stay up-to-date on new and emerging technologies and practices in the software testing field

Business Development Rep

• As a Business Development Representative with Linnworks, you’ll be prospective customers' first point of contact.
• You will generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound outreach, working closely with Marketing and Account Executives.
• You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, initiating conversations, and setting up qualified meetings that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Research and identify potential eCommerce clients through outbound prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn).
• Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
• Craft compelling outreach messaging tailored to personas within the eCommerce space.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align with our value proposition.
• Book meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and regularly update lead and opportunity statuses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.

• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
• Identify growth opportunities by generating and managing leads through strategic prospecting efforts
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, nurturing, developing, and closing net-new accounts
• Execute heavy outreach efforts, including cold calling and personalized email sequences targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Demonstrate in-depth expertise on the Linnworks platform to deliver compelling product demos that address prospect pain points
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and effectively position Linnworks as a value-added solution
