About the role
- Build and manage relationships with commercial partners in EMEA
- Identify, recruit and onboard leading players in the EMEA ecosystem
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Liaise closely with sales team to manage partner leads
- Work with partners to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success and product teams
- Educate partners on new product functionality
- Create and implement revenue centric sales propositions
- Provide weekly updates on partner activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and the ecosystem
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans
- Excellent presentation skills and business acumen
- Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills
