About the role

  • Build and manage relationships with commercial partners in EMEA
  • Identify, recruit and onboard leading players in the EMEA ecosystem
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Liaise closely with sales team to manage partner leads
  • Work with partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success and product teams
  • Educate partners on new product functionality
  • Create and implement revenue centric sales propositions
  • Provide weekly updates on partner activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and the ecosystem
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans
  • Excellent presentation skills and business acumen
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills
