Technical Recruiter

• Partner directly with Engineering leadership to own searches for all engineering role types (product, infrastructure, AI, & more)
• Drive top-of-funnel efforts through high-signal sourcing, targeting engineers known for product, design and technical excellence
• Conduct thoughtful, in-depth assessments of technical fluency, ownership mindset, and product sensibility
• Build trust with candidates as a knowledgeable, candid representative of Linear’s culture and values
• Maintain pace through structured, transparent communication and a fast, feedback-rich process
• Continuously refine your approach based on candidate quality, funnel signals, and market conditions
• Ensure data integrity and visibility in our ATS (Ashby) and keep hiring partners closely looped in
• Shift to support other teams and roles as needed; act as a generalist recruiter
