About the role
- Sourcing candidates within our US Clinical Operations team
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search parameters.
- Attracting talented, impact-driven candidates to Lindus Health, primarily through outbound sourcing.
- Executing a high-touch, candidate-first approach across the hiring process.
- Interviewing candidates and pitching Lindus Health in a way that resonates with individual candidates' motivations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience hiring exceptional candidates within Clinical Operations
- Experience of hiring within Clinical Operations in the US is crucial
- Ideally you've hired for contractors as well as FTE's
- You’re a self-starter with high agency and an aptitude for learning quickly.
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
- You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new treatments are developed
- You want to make a meaningful impact at a high-growth, mission-driven VC funded startup.
