About the role
- First Talent Partner in the US with a fully remote team supporting Clinical Operations hires.
- Work closely with UK Director of Talent, Talent team and hiring managers across Clinical Operations.
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search parameters.
- Attract talented, impact-driven candidates, primarily through outbound sourcing.
- Execute high-touch, candidate-first approach across the hiring process.
- Interview candidates and pitch Lindus Health tailored to candidate motivations.
- Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers with proactive communication and reporting.
- Partner with Talent team on projects building Lindus Health’s talent engine in the US.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in talent roles, with exposure to hiring into clinical roles.
- Experience from either agency or in-house talent.
- Comfortable working as the solo Talent Partner in-region and are a self starter.
- Experience conducting initial interviews and screening candidates at various levels of experience.
- Excellent sourcing skills and a bias for engaging top percentile, in-demand talent.
- Think from first principles and have a solutions-focused approach.
- Passionate and curious about the mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new treatments are developed.
