About the role
- Lead and manage regional or global clinical trials, with a focus on Immuno-Oncology and Cell & Gene Therapy.
- Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying opportunities for acceleration and improvement.
- Mentor and support project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Participate in bid defenses and contribute to business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in clinical project management.
- Therapeutic expertise in Immuno-Oncology and/or Cell & Gene Therapy is required.
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and global clinical research regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contracts.
