Develop, maintain and execute complex implementation plans which ensure that the clients’ overall service needs are satisfied and achieve the business, profitability and retention objectives
Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to develop strong implementation plans through proactive and reactive customer interactions
Build, enhance and maintain relationships with contacts at client organizations, ensuring clients’ overall service requirements are satisfied
Advocate on the customer’s behalf to influence the direction of key projects and initiatives
Develop, execute and/or collaborate with internal partners to develop proactive, creative and ongoing more complex client contact initiatives
Identify clients with risk of retention and notify management
Provide information, education, training and consult on processes, procedures, products and services
Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders on more complex implementation solutions which optimize client requirements and achieve desired business results
Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and other initiatives across the retirement plan organization
Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality
Requirements
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
3 – 5+ Years of experience in relationship management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (both orally and in written form) through presentations
Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
