About the role

  • Develop, maintain and execute complex implementation plans which ensure that the clients’ overall service needs are satisfied and achieve the business, profitability and retention objectives
  • Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to develop strong implementation plans through proactive and reactive customer interactions
  • Build, enhance and maintain relationships with contacts at client organizations, ensuring clients’ overall service requirements are satisfied
  • Advocate on the customer’s behalf to influence the direction of key projects and initiatives
  • Develop, execute and/or collaborate with internal partners to develop proactive, creative and ongoing more complex client contact initiatives
  • Identify clients with risk of retention and notify management
  • Provide information, education, training and consult on processes, procedures, products and services
  • Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders on more complex implementation solutions which optimize client requirements and achieve desired business results
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
  • Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and other initiatives across the retirement plan organization
  • Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality

Requirements

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 3 – 5+ Years of experience in relationship management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (both orally and in written form) through presentations
  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and problem solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
