About the role

  • Executing day to day responsibilities for various initiatives, including data gathering, basic analysis, and vendor/partner coordination.
  • Coordinating recurring reporting and meeting needs, including preparing monthly LincSmart materials (e.g., decks, data pulls, summary updates).
  • Supporting lead generation activities by identifying potential opportunities across partner relationships.
  • Conducting partner audits and supporting data quality/consistency checks across LincSmart workflows.
  • Performing and delivering on routine assignments/projects while applying knowledge of LincSmart processes and partner facing support.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging developments for assigned area(s), assessing impacts, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and solutions.
  • Promoting and enhancing organizational initiatives by supporting change management and enterprise priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in project management, group protection insurance, business analysis, marketing, or operations directly aligned to this role
  • 4 year bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree)
  • Experience with third party benefit technology systems (HCM, benefits administration, payroll, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support reporting, analysis, and presentation needs
  • General knowledge of Group Protection products (LTD, STD, FMLA, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) and group protection processes/systems
