Field Engineer

• Deliver expert-level technical support for the EV charger product line, diagnosing and resolving customer issues
• Partner with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges
• Travel to customer locations to provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support
• Create and maintain detailed records of service activities, including customer interactions, technical problems, and corrective actions
• Conduct training sessions for customers, field service staff, and internal teams on use, maintenance, and repair of EV chargers
• Gather customer feedback and field insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and service process improvements
• Contribute technical expertise to the development of service strategies, programs, and best practices
• Ensure all service and repair activities meet company standards, safety requirements, and applicable industry regulations
• Cover the Western portion of the United States and travel approximately 50%
