- Design, configure, and maintain the ITSM platform
- Plan and implement system upgrades
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Implement and manage integrations with other IT systems
- Manage REST/SOAP API integrations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Create and customize workflows
- Design and implement forms, templates, and business rules
- Leverage automation capabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Ensure data integrity
Requirements
- 3 years of in-depth experience administering the Ivanti Neurons platform
- Understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and concepts.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
- Strong time management skills
