About the role

  • Assist customers, representatives and salespeople to ensure sales are completed;
  • Receive orders via email/customer portal, review them critically and verify compliance with current commercial criteria and/or those presented in proposals (recent purchases, payment terms, carrier, delivery lead time, tax treatment);
  • Verify customer registration information and collect documentation for new customer registration or updates when necessary;
  • After critical review of the order, enter it into SAP and release it to the Distribution Center department;
  • Check orders blocked due to credit or stock; investigate the causes of the block and the solution to release them;
  • Track the entire sales process through delivery to the customer, ensuring agreed timelines are met and compliance with Fill Rate & Promise Date indicators;
  • Include all supporting documentation for quotes, negotiations and orders in SAP;

Requirements

  • Minimum desired education: higher education completed or in progress in Administration or related fields
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a plus
  • Experience in Commercial, Sales or Customer Service areas
