About the role
- Supervise engineers and technicians in system programming/debug/startup activities
- Manage engineering processes required to design, build, ship, and service Lincoln Electric Automation systems
- Focus on employee development, training, performance reviews and goal setting
- Handle employee relations concerns with assistance from the Electrical Engineering Manager and Human Resources
- Coordinate and Lead/Participate in Engineering Design Reviews as needed
Requirements
- Technical Degree in electrical engineering field desired
- Complete PC capabilities, using MS office programs and others as required
- 8 years of proven design experience with Industrial Automation preferred
- PLC / HMI / Robot Programming / Network & Fieldbus / Safety Systems
- Team Leadership and Project Engineering experience
