About the role

  • Develop and deploy a comprehensive enterprise-wide SIOP process, including governance, cadence, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate alignment across commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure integrated planning and decision-making.
  • Own the global SIOP process and roadmap, continuously improving maturity, adoption, and business impact.
  • Partner with digital and analytics teams to leverage data and technology for demand planning, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking.
  • Lead organizational change efforts to embed SIOP into business culture, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on SIOP performance, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or commercial planning, with at least 3 years leading SIOP/S&OP processes.
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment required.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with digital planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, etc.) is a plus.
