- Identify and mitigate systemic risks, navigating ambiguity to keep teams focused on program outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes, integration practices, and program execution frameworks.
- Balance program priorities across cost, schedule, and quality while ensuring long-term technical scalability and innovation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience in complex system development in the consumer-facing technology industry
- At least 3 years leading large, complex engineering programs in a cross-functional environment
- Strong technical background with demonstrated expertise in electromechanical systems, electronics, power, and firmware/software integration
- Proven success in leading system-level technical execution for large-scale, cross-disciplinary engineering programs
- Proven ability to engage and influence technical direction
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to executives, engineers, and external partners
- Track record of navigating ambiguity and competing priorities, driving programs to successful delivery.
