• Originating and developing renewable energy projects (solar PV, wind and BESS)
• Managing project development and permitting processes
• Coordinating legal, technical and commercial due diligence with internal teams and external partners
• Negotiating with landowners and strategic stakeholders
• Preparing financial models to assess project returns and supporting investment and divestment decisions

Development Manager

• Leading and coordinating a project development team
• Site identification and acquisition, stakeholder management, leading the development planning and building permit procedures, through to RTB
• Managing and optimising project budgets, objectives, timelines and outcomes for development projects
• Close collaboration with local stakeholders, such as municipalities, authorities, agricultural cooperatives and landowners
• Management of external consultants and third-party service providers
• Market analysis in the field of renewable energy and identification of M&A opportunities for solar and battery storage projects

Senior Development Manager

• Responsible for the success of projects in the North East Germany region
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Initiate local development plan procedures and drive project development through to construction readiness
• Manage external consultants and service providers

Field Engineer

• Ensure the efficient maintenance of solar plants, performing both preventative and corrective tasks
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, actively participating in risk assessments
• Perform maintenance on electrical components, inverters, modules, CCTV/security systems, monitoring systems, and structures
• Provide detailed reports according to Lightsource BP standards, which can be prepared remotely
• Deliver electrical maintenance services across a specified region, with occasional travel to other regions for additional support
• Assist in compiling insurance and warranty claims
• Take full ownership of assigned sites
• Manage relationships with local subcontractors
