Designer

• Lighthouse Games is AAA studio in Leamington Spa; collaborate in a highly skilled, ambitious studio environment
• Report to the Director of Live Service and be responsible for in-game revenue and audience metrics
• Responsible for the levers that move engagement, retention and ARPU/ARPPU through live systems and content
• Own monetization targets, setting and tracking monthly revenue, conversion and ARPPU, and driving corrective actions
• Define sustainable meta systems (progression, season, live events) that scale, respect players time, and reinforce the core game
• Model and tune the economy (currencies, sources/sinks, pacing, drops) and reward systems (pacing, aspiration, fairness); set alerts with Analytics and act on them
• Define pricing bands and shape offer structures, bundles and promotions (including regional considerations)
• Turn live pillars into shippable features and event templates; produce clear specs, configs and wireframes with acceptance criteria, edge cases and rollback plans
• Work cross-functionally (game design, UI/UX, engineering, analytics) to shape and ship live features end-to-end; plan fail-safes and rollout via CMS/feature flags
• Specify telemetry requirements for core loops and KPIs (DAU, ARPDAU, retention, funnel) so impact is measurable

Senior Live Service Designer

Data Analyst

• Report to the Director of Live Service and lead analytics for a new AAA IP
• Manage a team of analysts and data engineers to ensure correct data and timely insights
• Lead the analytics roadmap: set priorities, manage backlog, balance speed with data quality
• Define event taxonomies with feature teams and land instrumentation with Engineering
• Maintain core models and self-serve dashboards; keep metric definitions clear and consistent to reduce time to insight
• Partner with Live Services, Game Design, Economy and Monetization to turn analysis into decisions and measured results
• Run forecasting with Monetization and Finance; build outlooks, scenarios and pressure test assumptions
• Lead data governance and privacy efforts: drive compliance across analytics and data pipelines, monitor data quality, manage access and maintain documentation

Analytics Manager

Engineer

• Maintain and improve build processes to ensure development teams can efficiently compile, test, and package the game
• Support and maintain the build systems to ensure reliable builds for development and testing purposes
• Automate build processes and workflows using industry-standard tools and scripting languages
• Set up and manage build environments and continuous integration systems
• Collaborate with developers and QA to understand requirements and optimise the build process
• Monitor and troubleshoot build issues, providing quick resolutions to maintain development flow
• Document build processes and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and streamline studio workflow to enhance productivity

Build Engineer

2D Artist

• Play a key role in shaping the artistic direction and visual identity of our games through innovative and immersive user interface designs.
• Collaborate with a talented team of artists, game designers, and developers to craft exceptional player experiences.
• Create industry-leading UI designs, including menus, HUDs, icons, buttons, and other interactive components that align with the artistic direction and narrative of the game.
• Assist the lead in mentoring a team of UI artists, providing artistic guidance, feedback, and support in delivering high-quality UI concepts.
• Develop and maintain UI style guides, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness throughout the project.
• Prototype and iterate UI concepts, taking into consideration player feedback and usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement UI designs into the game engine, considering technical limitations and performance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and advancements in game UI design to continually push the boundaries of innovation.
