About the role
- Serve as the spokesperson and extension of the Lightfully brand and team to the outside professional
- Cultivate strong, reciprocal referral relationships within a defined territory
- Develop and host networking events, professional tours, educational events, one-on-one and small group meetings, in-services
- Attend conferences and other networking events and maintain a strong local presence
- Travel within Northern California region to build and nurture relationships
- Create a strategic plan for maximizing brand reach and relational capital within their territory
- Prioritize key states/cities within the region for targeting outreach efforts
- Manage territory budget appropriately
- Effectively plan and execute regional events, dinners, and gatherings
- Support referral partners during the client’s admissions process and collaborate with admissions team
- Maintain data on outreach efforts and manage reports in Salesforce to demonstrate performance against KPIs
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience, required.
- 1+ years of sales experience within the health services industry, required
- Experience working in a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
- PC literate with proficiency in spreadsheets, database software, and word.
- Customer centric and demonstrated ability to identify and meet customer needs.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, staff, patients, referents, and the public.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task required.
