Medical Director

• Upholds and maintains the vision, mission, and company values (i.e., Lightfully’s Shining Commitments).
• Leads site-level teams to achievement of goals in key areas of the business:
• Provides leadership and day-to-day management of the site’s clinical operations; leads team to achieve key clinical performance indicators.
• Partners with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and VP of Clinical Training to implement quality initiatives and clinical trainings.
• Achieves optimal client lengths-of-stay metrics, including facilitation of client admissions and transitions within levels of care.
• Works with Compliance to ensure safety and compliance with all governing bodies and internal policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the client treatment experience at specific site.
• Oversees treatment team to ensure clinical excellence and the delivery of appropriate clinical interventions.
• Responsible for meeting monthly budget targets.
• Manages labor (adherence to labor model) and other variable expenses.
• Participates in monthly operating review for region, with executive leadership team.
• Oversees hiring, performance management, and job leveling for site-level positions.
• Ensures resolution of complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions at the site-level.
• Optimizes employee engagement, retention, and turnover at the site-level.
• Works with VP of Clinical Training to ensure site-level teams onboarded and trained effectively.
• Accomplishes metrics related to ADC, inquiries, and admissions.
• Drives site-level census growth in partnership with Marketing, Outreach, and Admissions.
• Ensures implementation of programs, across region, to promote the Company’s culture, vision, and Shining Commitments.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Director of Clinical Operations – Virtual Adult Program

Manager

• Serve as the spokesperson and extension of the Lightfully brand and team to the outside professional
• Cultivate strong, reciprocal referral relationships within a defined territory
• Develop and host networking events, professional tours, educational events, one-on-one and small group meetings, in-services
• Attend conferences and other networking events and maintain a strong local presence
• Travel within Northern California region to build and nurture relationships
• Create a strategic plan for maximizing brand reach and relational capital within their territory
• Prioritize key states/cities within the region for targeting outreach efforts
• Manage territory budget appropriately
• Effectively plan and execute regional events, dinners, and gatherings
• Support referral partners during the client’s admissions process and collaborate with admissions team
• Maintain data on outreach efforts and manage reports in Salesforce to demonstrate performance against KPIs
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Regional Outreach Manager

Director

• Provides supervision, support and coaching to employees. Other supervisory activities include (but are not limited to):
• Interviewing, hiring, goal development, onboarding and ensuring continuous training requirements and compliance items are met.
• 1:1 and team meetings to discuss successes, challenges, new projects, innovations, company changes, etc.
• Timely coaching and disciplinary action (delivery and documentation), as needed
• Completing performance reviews for employees within company designated timeframes
• Maintain employees’ timecards in Payroll system, ensuring the correct hours are accounted for, overtime is managed, and paid-time off request are promptly addressed.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the admissions department, ensuring phone lines are attended and potential clients receive top-tier concierge service
• Maintain a deep understanding of real-time admissions performance in relation to daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Analyze pacing and trend data; communicate updates, risks, and summaries to executive leadership.
• Collaborate daily with the Admissions Manager to assess team coverage, performance barriers, and urgent issues.
• Provide visibility and strategic support during team huddles and counselor check-ins.
• Participate in census, pipeline, and strategic meetings to align admissions with broader operational priorities.
• Guide staffing strategy and long-range coverage planning based on trends and anticipated volume.
• Serve as the point of contact for high-acuity, high-risk, or emotionally complex family cases.
• Partner with legal, clinical, and leadership stakeholders to resolve sensitive issues.
• Ensure adherence to documentation, call quality, and regulatory standards.
• Audit counselor documentation in conjunction with the Admissions Manager to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.
• Lead audit readiness efforts and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist clients in understanding full financial picture and applicable benefit information.
• Collaborate with outpatient providers and referents to help support clients into our care.
