About the role
- Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks including user management, permissions maintenance, data quality management, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including assisting with product catalog setup, bundle configuration, price rules, product rules, quote templates, and approval rules.
- Support Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related integrated tools such as DocuSign, CaptivateIQ, and Magentrix.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow across the quote-to-cash process.
- Work closely with end users to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
- Manage and prioritize tickets for bug fixes, enhancements, and CI/CD deployments in coordination with the development team.
- Assist with reports, dashboards, validation rules, and Flows to improve process visibility and efficiency.
- Maintain system documentation, process definitions, and change control logs.
- Support testing and deployment activities for platform releases and integrations.
- Serve as a trusted partner and point of contact for Salesforce users, promoting a service-oriented, responsive support experience.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and CPQ best practices to recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including at least 1–2 years working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, user permissions, flows, and declarative automation tools.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales or quote-to-cash processes in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ modules.
- Experience working with or integrating tools such as DocuSign, CaptivateIQ, and Magentrix preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships with business users.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with version control or CI/CD practices (e.g., change sets, sandbox management) a plus.
