About the role
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts by fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment and providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Lead and oversee multiple research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals, stakeholder needs, and industry best practices.
- Define research objectives, methodologies, and timelines while allocating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including clients, partners, and subject matter experts—to align research priorities and outcomes with business needs.
- Communicate key insights and recommendations to clients and consult clients on how to use data to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Social Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- Substantial experience in research and analysis, with a track record of managing research projects and teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience leading a research team.
