Partner with PMs, Engineers, Growth, Operations, and Creative teams to define requirements, scope solutions, documentation, and ship high-quality experiences.
Lead UX design strategy and execution for external-facing, data-intensive platforms, simplifying complex workflows and ensuring experiences are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
Establish lightweight processes for design reviews, design QA, and documentation.
Ensure design deliverables move smoothly through product roadmaps.
Manage external design contractors, including onboarding, quality review, and workload allocation.
Ensure the design system and component libraries scale with product growth.
Keep design patterns aligned with accessibility, internationalization, and platform best practices.
Report to the Workflow Group Product Manager and participate in periodic in-person team gatherings.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior IC role.
Proven track record designing for data-heavy, external-facing platforms
Experience setting and enforcing design standards across teams
Experience managing contractors, agencies, or external design partners.
