About the role

  • Lead solutions for complex problems tying directly to broader company goals and own large-scale initiatives impacting customer and business value.
  • Cultivate stakeholder buy-in at all levels and align cross-functional goals.
  • Break down large projects into milestones, manage risks and cross-team dependencies, and solve ambiguous problems.
  • Partner with managers to influence roadmaps and generate work that extends beyond the immediate team.

  • Define design strategies linking root causes to business problems; architect modular, flexible design systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with Enterprise Developer Tooling (IDEs, APIs, CLI systems, CI/CD pipelines, version control).
  • Love of Code: design with code, explore open source projects, stay current with modern coding trends.
  • Systems thinking and expertise; familiarity with frameworks like the Atomic model; architect modular, reusable design systems.
  • Builder's mindset: bias toward building prototypes and proof-of-concepts using tools like Cursor, V0, and Lovable.
  • Ability to synthesize complex narratives into strategic insights and lead with a clear vision.
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and stakeholder evangelization skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision making: define clear success metrics and balance value delivery with cross-team dependencies.
