Account Executive

• Provides timely and accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts

• Stays abreast of competitive industry and market intelligence

• Provide feedback and input to peers and leadership
• Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to aid in the development and improvement of sales materials.
• Local and non-local territory travel throughout assigned territory, often overnight

Solutions Engineer

• Lead, collaborate, and coordinate with developers, managers, and analysts from other teams to design and implement integrations to support the flow of data between systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, WMS, and other applications
• Analyze and improve existing system integration as well as migration techniques
• Detect, debug, and resolve issues with existing integrations
• Architect, design, and implement integrations with an enterprise focus, utilizing the right approach for the right use case, including a mix of event-driven design, RESTful services, and more
• Mentor and train other developers
• Some travel, occasionally overnight

Senior Software Integration Engineer – .NET, AWS, C#

Sales

• Build and execute a comprehensive FAFH growth strategy with the VP of Sales
• Lead national sales efforts across commercial and non-commercial foodservice segments
• Establish national account priorities and manage key customer relationships
• Elevate partnerships with Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Vistar, contract feeders, and GPOs
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and bid processes
• Drive Lifeway-branded menu placements
• Lead and develop a broker network sales team
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations to ensure service levels, forecasting accuracy, and execution excellence
• Conduct behavior in compliance with Lifeway Employee Policy
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Director of Sales – Food Away From Home

• Partner with your leader on individual goals and KPIs that align with the goal of the Outbound Team
• Identify and target new business opportunities through calling potential lists and growing current customers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective churches
• Conduct meeting presentations to explain offerings to church partners through phone, Zoom or email communication
• Track and report sales activity and pipeline using SalesForce and other CRM tools
• Achieve and consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly sales targets in alignment with overall revenue goals.
• Available to travel a few times a year for sales opportunities or team meetings.

Sales Specialist

Customer Support

• Model vision statement and excellence in customer service
• Communicate with Student Pastors and Kids Ministers in preparation for camp
• Promptly answer emails and phone calls
• Review and organize required documents and paperwork
• Proactively remind churches about approaching deadlines
• Manage multiple databases
• Contact customers with missing release forms or missing information
• Be available to answer questions regarding camp prep paperwork from customers, Student Life Camp office staff, and summer staff - primarily the Office Director
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other Camp Support Specialist team members in a remote setting

Student Life Camps Support Specialist

• Availability to work 7:30am - 4:30pm CST
• Provides best-in-class, professional, and courteous sales service for all inbound phone orders for Lifeway’s church and individual consumers
• Accurately enters orders using the appropriate systems and tools, ensuring to also follow the defined best practices for an effective sales experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Generates additional revenue by promoting and cross-selling resources appropriately with church and individual customers for the purpose of enhancing their ministry and experience
• Provides customers with basic frontline support for lifeway.com and other digital sales platforms, including navigation guidance and a seamless checkout experience
• Consistently available for ongoing training to learn and stay current on new release resources, both in print and digital formats, current procedures, and policies
• Maintains an accurate and clean record of all customer information in Salesforce, including all sales activity in real-time
• Provides upstream marketing and customer feedback to the organization through the proper communication channels, ultimately informing future publishing, marketing, sales efforts
