About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven psychotherapy and treatment services
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Use the company's EMR and digital telemedicine tools for documentation and virtual care
- Participate in clinical teamwork and maintain clinical excellence and patient-centered care
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license, not in process of.
- LCPC - LCSW - LMFT
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
