About the role
- Provide brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions geared toward functional restoration.
- Perform high-level consultation to physicians and medical care team members.
- Be embedded in-person at various medical clinics in the Portland Metro area as part of multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Help reduce barriers to behavioral health care in primary care and improve integration with medical care.
- Support patient care as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC), specializing in Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (IBH).
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
