About the role
- Serve as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) embedded in-person at medical clinics in the Portland Metro area.
- Provide brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions geared toward functional restoration.
- Perform high-level consultation to physicians and other members of the medical care team.
- Reduce barriers to behavioral healthcare and improve access within primary care.
- Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary behavioral health team and coordinate with patients' medical care.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
