About the role

  • Provide licensed mental health therapy within the Integrated Behavioral Health Program.
  • Deliver patient care to adults, children, adolescents across the lifespan.
  • Work in clinic and via telemedicine as part of hybrid model.
  • Collaborate with clinical team and clinical leadership.
  • Maintain clinical excellence and documentation standards.
  • Support patient care with administrative staff and digital tools.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred, but able to consider associate level clinicians as well.
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
