About the role

  • Provide brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions geared toward functional restoration as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC).
  • Be a member of a diverse, multidisciplinary behavioral health team embedded in-person at various medical clinics in the Portland Metro area.
  • Perform high-level consultation to physicians and other members of the medical care team.
  • Help reduce barriers to, and improve, behavioral health care in primary care.
  • Work interconnected with patient's medical care and medical care team.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
