About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services
- Conduct therapy sessions across LifeStance clinics and via telemedicine
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of a clinical team
- Maintain clinical excellence, documentation, and patient care standards
- Potentially provide child, trauma (including EMDR), family, and couples therapy; may include some evening hours
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Must have completed a Master's program and finished the supervision stage
- Hybrid role
- IMMEDIATE NEEDS - not a requirement but a PLUS: Child Therapists (open to working some evenings)
- IMMEDIATE NEEDS - Trauma Therapists (EMDR certified)
- IMMEDIATE NEEDS - Family Therapists (open to working some evenings)
- IMMEDIATE NEEDS - Couples Therapists (open to working some evenings)
