About the role
- Work in a cross functional squad with engineers, financial experts, designers and product people
- Focus on customer-related goals and outcomes with squad autonomy
- Design and implement backend and frontend systems using Clojure/ClojureScript
- Tackle complex domain problems in personal financial advice through composition of simple components
- Test, integrate, deploy, and help architect, deploy and monitor systems
- Contribute to scaling operations and choose technical or management growth path
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
- Fluency in core Clojure/ClojureScript
- Flexibility across frontend/backend is a big plus; specialisation in either is welcome
- Fluent in English
- Able to work core hours for a UTC+2 time zone
- Experience with Clojure backends and ClojureScript/TypeScript frontends
- Familiarity with event sourcing, Lacinia (GraphQL), re-frame and sci
