About the role
- Work with TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, NextJS, React, and Relay to build PrimerOS
- Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, design, and academic programs
- In-office, full-time internship based in Mission district office in San Francisco
- Tackle meaningful projects with direct impact used daily by teachers, students, and families
- Receive mentorship and grow skills with support from a small, high-performing team
- Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews and high standards for quality
Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, NextJS, React, and Relay
- Passion for education and redesigning the school experience
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and solve ambiguous problems
- Strong fundamentals in engineering principles
- Attention to craftsmanship and detail in building exceptional software
- Ability to work in San Francisco 5 days a week (application asks this explicitly)
