About the Role We're looking for 2 Fullstack Developers to join a new product team in the healthcare space. This squad is building out a fresh development lane that will integrate with existing services and backend architecture using GraphQL APIs. Youll be working on meaningful projects that help drive data accessibility and impact real-world decision-making through technology. What Youll Be Doing Build scalable and maintainable features using React.js Develop backend services using Node.js , ideally with Nest.js Integrate and consume GraphQL APIs Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across different teams Participate in agile rituals and sprint planning Ensure performance, reliability, and security best practices across the stack

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer Advanced knowledge of React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript Proven experience with Node.js , ideally using Nest.js Experience consuming and integrating GraphQL APIs Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English (B2/C1) Strong attention to clean code and architectural consistency Nice to Have Experience with backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns Familiarity with data-intensive applications or API-first products Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies
