About the role

Lead the migration strategy and implementation from native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) to React Native, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Architect and develop modern cross-platform applications with React Native and TypeScript.
Collaborate with iOS engineers to design hybrid bridging solutions for native modules and SDKs.
Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL into mobile workflows with clean, maintainable code.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, or similar).
Optimize performance, memory management, and rendering across iOS and Android.
Partner with product, design, and QA teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
Support App Store and Google Play deployments, including OTA updates (CodePush, Expo Updates).
Collaborate on AI-driven product features and new premium offerings for job seekers.

5+ years of professional mobile development experience
3+ years in React Native, with production apps currently in use
2+ years in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), with solid understanding of native fundamentals
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining bridged native modules in React Native
Proven ability to lead migration projects or greenfield RN architectures
Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, modular design)
Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Strong background in testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library, XCTest)
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and automating mobile build processes
Strong communication skills and proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
Fluent English for daily communication and technical discussions.
