As a Clojure Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our architecture
Report directly to the Head of Engineering to tackle real-time and distributed systems challenges while collaborating with a skilled team that values design, reliability, and measurable outcomes
Opportunity to combine technical expertise with creativity and deliver impactful real-time user experiences

Design and deliver complex features using modern front-end frameworks to enhance user experience
Collaborate with engineers, product team, and business stakeholders to build high-impact solutions
Drive continuous improvements in technical performance, scalability, and reliability across our products
Fullstack Clojure/ClojureScript (emphasis on front-end) — prefer minimum 2 years of Clojure experience
React — expert level
TypeScript — some experience
Reagent & Re-frame
Microservices, Distributed systems, Kafka
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
