Project Manager

• LifeByte Systems seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Project Manager – IT to lead internal cross-functional initiatives driving operational excellence and digital transformation.
• Manage full lifecycle of projects including system integrations, productivity tool rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery across teams.
• Oversee projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT security, software engineering, operations, and other teams to gather requirements and develop actionable project plans.
• Drive project tracking, task allocation, and risk management; proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
• Draft and maintain project documentation including project boards, requirement specifications, change logs, and final reports.
• Continuously refine and improve project management practices to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional cooperation.
