Architect

• Position Overview: An individual must be able to develop and deliver training (in all training modalities), collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate deep dives into training needs, support product enhancements, increase the team's visibility, and utilize data storytelling to identify training needs.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates Expertise: Apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of training plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; support and align efforts to the business needs; and build commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• Leads the Design, Development, and Execution of Training Programs: Identify and address operational needs with training development and/or enhancements; audit existing learning materials; create and oversee the development of content, procedures, and tools in a variety of media based on learning needs, target population capabilities, and job requirements; sequence learning objectives, course components, time allotments, and experiential activities; collaborate with user groups; conduct research on learner needs, knowledge and performance gaps, and needed behavioral changes; identify and recommend adult learning theories and methods that address training needs; and design training curriculum.
• Leads Technology Enabled Learning Solutions: Identify new technologies to support training needs; review, analyze, and evaluate current training systems and databases; compare system functionality and training program needs; recommend e-learning solutions; and drive adoption of tools across the organization.
• Provides and Supports the Implementation of Business Solutions: Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identify business needs; determine and carry out necessary processes and practices; monitor progress and results; recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities; and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
• Leads Training Curriculum Development: Analyze and evaluate requests for training in order to guide curriculum development; determine skill or performance gaps; develop training metrics aligned with operational key performance indicators (KPIs); develop and approve content based on instructional methods and objectives (e.g., interactive exercises, games, simulations); provide feedback and support to ensure timelines, metrics, and work quality are achieved; develop content for skill gaps identified in collaboration with the operations teams; and work with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of training program.
• Models Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures: Support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; and demonstrate and assist others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Measures Training Effectiveness: Align training assessments with the operational business; collect and evaluate training and performance data; determine training's impact on operational key performance indicators (KPIs); collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of training in addressing performance gaps; and utilize training data and feedback to revise the training programs.
• Architects New Programs: Lead the architecture and development of new training programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Leads Project Teams: Oversee project teams responsible for designing new curriculum, ensuring timelines, metrics, and work quality are achieved.
• Creates Comprehensive Training: Develop training that encompasses onboarding, cross-training, upskilling/reskilling, functional business changes, employee development, and functional leadership development.

Instructional Designer / Learning Architect

General Counsel

• Establish and lead the company’s legal infrastructure, policies, and processes
• Serve as a collaborative partner to executive leadership, providing legal interpretation and support
• Support business growth while proactively identifying and mitigating legal risks
• Oversee contract review, negotiation, and execution for telehealth partnerships, clinical partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and implement contract management systems and approval processes to support business development and operational efficiency

• Provide legal guidance on FDA regulations, state board requirements, and multi-state licensing

Accountant

• General Ledger Accounting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends.
• Payroll Allocation: Allocate costs to appropriate companies, general ledger accounts and cost centers.

Staff Accountant

Accounts Payable

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, supporting the month-end close process, and helping streamline the AP workflow within NetSuite. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle accounts payable, preferably within a multi-location or healthcare/pharmacy environment, and is comfortable working with new systems and evolving processes.
• Accurately process high volumes of vendor invoices and credit memos in NetSuite, ensuring appropriate coding and approvals.
• Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies with purchasing or warehouse teams.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments in compliance with company policies and payment terms.
• Maintain vendor records and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and invoice status.
• Assist in the onboarding of new vendors, including W-9 collection and accurate entry into NetSuite.
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist in month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Support audit requests by providing documentation and explanations related to AP transactions.
• Help optimize the AP process within NetSuite, identifying and implementing efficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and finance teams to ensure accuracy across systems and departments.

Accounts Payable Specialist, Part Time

Content Marketing Manager

• Serve as a primary internal resource for compliance-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance grounded in applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Review and approve all informational, marketing, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, such as USP &lt;795&gt;, USP &lt;797&gt;, USP &lt;800&gt;, FDA and FTC marketing and promotion guidelines, HIPAA, and state-level requirements for both prescription and non-prescription products.
• Prioritize and manage content review requests based on business needs, deadlines, and regulatory risk, ensuring timely approvals and consistent compliance.
• Understand and advise on communications guidelines and regulatory requirements for Strive Pharmacy’s products and services, including prescription medications, OTC supplements, and other OTC products.
• Partner with the Marketing team to ensure all communications accurately represent Strive Pharmacy’s products and services and avoid misleading, unsubstantiated, or otherwise noncompliant claims.
• Support the creation, review, and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to content compliance and promotional activities.
• Research, interpret, and apply state and federal regulatory requirements, serving as the in-house expert for applicable laws, standards, and guidance documents.
• Stay informed on evolving regulatory trends, enforcement actions, and best practices in pharmacy marketing compliance.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure content aligns with broader compliance and risk management objectives.
• Develop and deliver training for the Marketing team and other related teams on compliance requirements and best practices for promotional activities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of content review processes, decisions, and approvals to support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.

Content Compliance Specialist

• The Content Compliance Specialist serves as a critical link between the Compliance, Clinical, Marketing/Communications, Brand, Sales, and Legal teams at Strive Pharmacy. This role ensures that all content produced and released internally or externally by Strive Pharmacy is accurate, compliant, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Content includes, but is not limited to, digital marketing campaigns, informational medication documents, patient and provider notices, educational presentations, print collateral, and social media posts for Strive Pharmacy’s products and services, including prescription medications, OTC supplements, and other OTC products.
• The ideal candidate will combine deep regulatory expertise with a collaborative mindset, enabling Strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity while delivering engaging and compliant communications.
