About the role

  • Develop digital training modules based on existing presentations and processes.
  • Create repair quotations and processing orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Technical Field
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Training
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, combustion engines, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience in technical training, documentation, and content creation.
  • Skilled in ERP systems, eLearning platforms, and project management.
  • Strong responsibility, precision, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration.
  • Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset; able to read technical drawings.
