About the role
- Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder information in ERP systems.
- Prepare analyses, KPIs, and reports to support operational and management decisions.
- Process and manage customer orders, inventory checks, and invoicing.
- Clean inactive or incorrect items to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
- Create and maintain an overview of open backorders with prioritization.
- Handle incoming tickets (pricing, lead time, standard requests).
- Ensure pricing stability and correct mapping for spare parts and serial items.
- Perform pricing benchmarks against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain spare parts catalogues and related documentation (including image editing) after change management (ECR).
- Coordinate initial stocking and conduct basket analyses and demand forecasts.
Requirements
- BE/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Additional training in ERP systems.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management.
- ERP and BI systems (Infor LN, ADD*ONE, Power BI or similar).
- Data validation, reporting, Master data, pricing logic and knowledge of e-learning tools (PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline).
- Accuracy and reliability.
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
- Clear and structured communication.
