About the role
- Primary responsibility for the “Process” workstream within complex transformation projects
- Facilitation of meetings, trainings and workshops related to the analysis, implementation, harmonization and optimization of cross-plant processes
- Design, development and delivery of effective BPM approaches and practical guidance in the form of trainings and coaching for project team members and process owners
- Support for project leads in the planning and management of complex organizational projects with respect to Business Process Management topics
- Support organizational change as part of the digitalization of our internal value chain
Requirements
- Degree (university/University of Applied Sciences) in Business Administration or Computer Science with a focus on process management, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience and solid expertise in Business Process Management and digitalization topics
- Strong aptitude for interdisciplinary processes and analytical thinking, together with a high level of teamwork and diplomacy
- Experience in presentations and facilitation, and excellent communication skills
- Ideally additional training and certifications (e.g., BPMN 2.0 or Change Management)
