About the role

  • Interacts directly with colleagues, clientele, and/or other internal or external constituencies in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service strategy.
  • Define the current condition of the division to identify opportunities and create a target condition, with action plans to improve operational results.
  • Follow projects through from conception to completion, with a focus on meeting stated objectives.
  • Participate in meetings as requested.
  • Other functions that may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in or have just recently graduated a Mechanical/Industrial/Civil Engineering program.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in course work and/or extra-curricular activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Expertise with analyzing and reading schematics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work within Excel, Outlook and other MS products.
