About the role
- Manage onboarding of new client accounts
- Liaise with custodian partners and internal departments
- Assist with preparation of alternative investment paperwork
- Provide exceptional client service by responding to client requests
- Maintain detailed client records across firm relationship management systems
- Support team’s overall strategy by preparing reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a client support service role
- Series 65 or 66 required, or must be attained
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/PowerPoint
