About the role

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job postings and advertisements to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Define candidate requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Gather and analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and other factors affecting talent acquisition.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development.
  • Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies.
  • Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
  • English level - Upper Intermediate
