• Coordinate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions for each position and partner with third-party agencies to find the best talent available.
• Review incoming applications, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications against job requirements and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members both onsite and remotely, to ensure a smooth candidate process.
• Maintain internal candidate tracker and hiring log to allow for accurate reporting.
• Send formal offers to selected candidates and coordinate with HR Generalist at Vertech HQ to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hire candidates including first day details.
• Provide hands-on support for a shift-based, hourly workforce, including attendance, overtime, and day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Partner with Vertech HQ on employee relations issues and act as the on-site point of contact for initial production start-up period.
• Assist with HR programs and projects if time allows.
• Other duties as required to support the HR team.
