Administrative Assistant

• Provide onsite administrative support for daily office and HR operations.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities from accepted offer through first-day orientation.
• Support pre-employment activities, including candidate communications, background checks, drug screens, employment documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and enter employment data into ADP, SAP, and other company systems.
• Prepare onboarding materials, badges, PPE, laptops, welcome materials, and other new hire resources.
• Assist with processing employee personnel changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, and separations, in accordance with established procedures.
• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, reporting, and recruitment coordination.
• Generate and distribute reports from HR systems to support business and HR needs.
• Maintain personnel files and employment documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Assist with leave administration by coordinating documentation, maintaining records, and partnering with the Corporate Human Resources team.
• Support internal audits, data verification activities, and record maintenance.
• Process invoices, electronic approval requests, office documentation, and other administrative records.
• Order and maintain office supplies, onboarding materials, and general administrative resources.
• Greet visitors, coordinate deliveries, and provide general office support as needed.
• Assist with employee meetings, training coordination, communications, and engagement activities.
• Respond to routine employee administrative inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate HR resources when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HR Administrative Associate – Contract, Talent Acquisition

IT Support

• Provide direct customer service and technical support to local and remote users as required via phone, e-mail, on-line systems and in person
• Maintain server health and performance to support all production system
• Assist and work closely with our remote infra support team as an on premise technical support for troubleshooting, deploying, cabling, monitoring, and other jobs
• Configure and install PCs, network printing devices, peripherals, and software, including physical attachment of equipment to the network
• Configure and install wireless access points, L2 switches
• Ensure system security in compliance with company policy
• Utilize tools such as Active Directory, Remote Desktop, etc.
• Operate audio/visual equipment such as Video Teleconferencing devices, projectors, and presentation hardware
• Continuously find ways to improve your ability to diagnose more complex problems and learn new skill sets in support of the IT Team mission
