Systems Engineer

• Support the client’s Training Division to meet the continuously changing security environment.
• Provide technical expertise to apply the ADDIE model.
• Collaborate with client personnel to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) identifying security competencies, training requirements, and instructional strategies.
• Support new development through front end analysis, training design plans, storyboards, assessments, and beta tests.
• Maintain existing products by identifying changes based on policy or events.
• Develop detailed course design documents and course storyboards including media treatments and assessment strategy.
• Conduct and participate in beta tests for products in development.
• Develop and update assessments for courses.
