About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to IT systems, networks, and applications
- Investigate, analyze, recommend, configure, install, and test new hardware and software
- Provide direct day-to-day operational support for IT systems
- Evaluate system utilization and monitor response time
- Provide primary support for detecting and correcting operational problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues
- Maintain system standards and connectivity
- Provide technical consultation, training, and support to IT staff as designated by the government
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have an active US Government SECRET clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
- Alternatively, 6 years of experience with a Master's Degree
