Account Executive

• Support the APAC Learning & Enablement team by creating and delivering digital learning experiences and sales enablement resources that empower customer-facing teams across the Asia and Pacific (APAC).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities.
• Attend demonstrations and understand customer needs using customer validation, buyer persona creation, customer building, and customer discovery techniques.
• Ensure all content is relevant, updated as required, and communicated to LN employees.
• Engage and manage third-party vendors, as needed, to develop and deliver training & enablement.
• Measure enablement effectiveness and business impact through metrics reporting.
• Design learning content and templates to ensure consistency across LexisNexis Pacific.
• Explore opportunities to improve alignment between customer facing and staff facing training.
• Work closely with the broader Pacific Sales team and CEL to drive adoption of new and existing products, to ensure customers receive maximum value from their investment and developing trust and confidence in their relationship with LexisNexis.
• Understand the key drivers of behavioural change and plan LN employee onboarding and training programs to engage and educate all LN employees in product usage.
• Track participation and certification outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive AI and technology adoption by promoting AI fluency, sharing best practices, evaluating tools, and partnering with business, IT, and leadership to enable effective change.
• Improve productivity and workflows by identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance decision‑making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Sales Training Consultant

• Take ownership of driving new business growth across the Irish legal market
• Proactively engage with law firms and in-house legal teams to understand their business challenges
• Identify how LexisNexis solutions can support them
• Deliver tailored, consultative sales across legal, tax and business research products
• Help customers achieve better outcomes
• Formulate account strategies to maximize new revenue opportunities and win profitable business
• Achieve sales and productivity targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely debt resolution
• Prepare and execute sales strategies for allocated territory, maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline
• Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Business Development
• Develop new relationships with decision-makers and influencers
• Prioritize opportunities to maximize customer-facing time, achieving a minimum of 6 client meetings per week
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to customer care
