About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the APAC Learning & Enablement team by creating and delivering digital learning experiences and sales enablement resources that empower customer-facing teams across the Asia and Pacific (APAC).
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business priorities.
- Attend demonstrations and understand customer needs using customer validation, buyer persona creation, customer building, and customer discovery techniques.
- Ensure all content is relevant, updated as required, and communicated to LN employees.
- Engage and manage third-party vendors, as needed, to develop and deliver training & enablement.
- Measure enablement effectiveness and business impact through metrics reporting.
- Design learning content and templates to ensure consistency across LexisNexis Pacific.
- Explore opportunities to improve alignment between customer facing and staff facing training.
- Work closely with the broader Pacific Sales team and CEL to drive adoption of new and existing products, to ensure customers receive maximum value from their investment and developing trust and confidence in their relationship with LexisNexis.
- Understand the key drivers of behavioural change and plan LN employee onboarding and training programs to engage and educate all LN employees in product usage.
- Track participation and certification outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive AI and technology adoption by promoting AI fluency, sharing best practices, evaluating tools, and partnering with business, IT, and leadership to enable effective change.
- Improve productivity and workflows by identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions that enhance decision‑making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a sales trainer, sales enablement specialist, or in a similar learning role.
- Strong ability to design and deliver engaging sales training (virtual, in‑person, or blended).
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and consultative selling.
- Able to translate products, solutions, or concepts into practical, easy‑to‑apply training.
- Confident working with sales teams and stakeholders at different levels.
- Experience supporting onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing sales capability development.
- Comfortable using learning tools, presentations, and basic reporting or tracking metrics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, and digital workplace tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
